Ms. Imad has spent fifteen years in accumulating professional training and skills in various international locations such as Sri Lanka, Hong Kong, Singapore, Australia, the UK, and India. She has exercised dual social purpose through the Cyza Academy and the Cyza Salon. The Academy has been successful in creating a pool of local skills for needy individuals from poverty-stricken communities, whereas the salon has a unique policy of sharing the profit gains with its staff on a performance-based system of incentives.
